Open House Schedule

Before you go

1. Print the flyer.
2. Watch the virtual tour.
3. Map it so you don’t get lost.
4. Be prepared. Have a pen.

At the house

1. Ask questions - How big? How old? How was it priced? Are there comparable sales nearby? Is there a Homeowners Association? Where are the schools?
2. Expect answers - You deserve them.
3. Take notes.
4. Ask for information to take with you.
5. Get the agents name and number for questions that come up later.

Afterwards

1. Use that agent contact - after all it’s FREE.
2. Ask to be updated about the house or similar homes.
3. Schedule your own “Instant Open House.” That’s right – every home for sale is available to see. Think of it as open house on demand. Once you’ve established an agent relationship, you can just call and meet them there at a time of your choice.
